Our designs are all custom made with lots of love for the Travel Girlies. We pride ourselves on being a slow fashion brand and were still a small baby business. That means for us to design new pieces for the Vaycaze girls all our designs are a one off drop. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good! We encourage the Vaycaze travel girlies who are eyeing off a design to grab it before it goes.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return by sending us an email at info@vaycaze.com. When emailing, make sure you enter your Order Number and the email address associated with the Order. As per our Returns Policy being a Small Business, we can only offer store credits at this time, which can then be used to purchase your preferred size/style. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping.
Please allow 24hrs for a reply with your return lodgement details. Make sure you check your email or junk folder for the email containing all the details on what to do next. If you still haven't received an email, please send us a follow up email at info@vaycaze.com.
We're so sorry you ended up with a piece that isn't top quality or the wrong item! This is certainly not what we expect our customers to receive. Please email us at info@vaycaze.com and we will try our best to get back to you asap. In the email please upload a picture of what you received, your order number and the email used at time of purchase. Once we have confirmation of this, we can get to work to send out your new order. We will be in contact with you regarding the shipping of your new item.
Shipping
We know when you're packing your suitcase theres always last minute purchases needed to ensure all your outfits are perfect! That's why we pack and dispatch within 24 Hours to ensure it gets to you as quickly as possible including International babes. From there, your Order will take the time allocated by Australia Post for delivery depending on the shipping method you selected. Please note were located in Sydney, NSW and encourage using Express for last minute purchases if you're located in states like WA.
We have free shipping above $100 for all Australian customers!
Unfortunately, there can sometimes be delays in shipping timeframes and these are out of our control. If you have any concerns about your parcel’s delivery timeframe once it has been dispatched, we encourage you to get in touch with Australia post as they will be able to provide you the most up-to-date information.
Unfortunately from time to time, deliveries do go missing. If your parcel has been deemed as lost by Australia post, it means you will have to get in touch with us or them to make a claim. We are not liable for uninsured lost or damaged items but will help with a resolution.
We certainly do! We ship all around America, Europe and many other countries. We try our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible but any international postage costs extra unfortunately. Please note that any clearance fees and custom duty/tax will need to be paid by the customer.
Sizing
We have information regarding the fit and sizing on each product in the description tab. We recommend looking at the description on whether to size up or down as the size chart used is an Australian standard one. We’re listening to your feedback regarding our sizing of each design and are adjusting as we grow so our clothes are a bit different currently based off your feedback. When you email, be sure to include your measurements for your bust, waist, hips and your normal size so we can assist you properly.
