Refund policy

We hope you absolutely love your Vaycaze pieces. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Change of mind returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order for change of mind returns.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

To start a return, please email info@vaycaze.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.

Change of mind returns are issued as store credit only, which can be used to purchase another size or style.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
✨ Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
✨ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item has a major fault, including if it:

  • Is faulty or damaged

  • Is significantly different from what was described

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

For minor faults, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival 🤍
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@vaycaze.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Where a fault is confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Swimwear, unless hygiene labels are intact and untouched


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges due to low stock numbers.
The easiest way to switch sizes or styles is to:

  1. Return your item for store credit

  2. Use your store credit to place a new order once approved

This helps you secure your preferred piece faster ✨


Refunds & store credits

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved change of mind returns: issued as store credit

  • Approved faulty or incorrect items: refunded to your original payment method (where applicable)

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process refunds.
