When will my order be shipped?

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible 

  • Australian orders: dispatched within 1–2 business days

  • International orders: dispatched within 2–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

During restocks, sales, or new collection launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Any updated dispatch timelines will always be noted on the product page or announced via our website and socials.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and are outside of our control.


Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

If your order has been dispatched but hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, it may be experiencing a courier delay.

We recommend:

  • Checking your tracking link for the latest updates

  • Contacting the courier directly for delivery-specific enquiries

Yes! We ship worldwide 🌍
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • International deliveries may take longer due to customs processing and local postal services


Will I receive tracking for my order?

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, express shipping is available within Australia so you can get your travel fits in time ✈️
Just be sure to select express shipping at checkout.


What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

While lost or damaged parcels are rare, they can occasionally happen.

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vaycaze.com .
Under Australian Consumer Law, Vaycaze is responsible for your order until it reaches you, and we’ll work with the courier to investigate and find the best resolution for you 🤍

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

Delivery timeframes provided by couriers are estimates only. Delays can occasionally occur due to peak periods, weather events, or increased demand with postal services.

While we dispatch orders promptly, we can’t guarantee delivery dates once parcels are in transit.
